Here’s an older timelapse from a while back just before I had knee surgery. April and I plunkered down on a new teevee so we needed a nice stand for it. Bought this little gem and assembled it one evening under the watchful eye of April, the cats and the dog. Every time I watch it I find something else neat to look at.

Dan’s Comp will be featuring one of their pro team riders every month in 2010 on vitalbmx. I recently went to Atlanta to film with Corey and Nathan, along with some other dudes. Corey’s video dropped today on Vital and Nathan’s will be dropping a little later, maybe April? We filmed all this in the course of 2 days. First day was a late start with an outdoor park, with lights luckily. 2nd day was spent at a local college campus and then we finished that night up at the X games park, who graciously gave us an after hours session. We had hoped to film again the next day but the rain maker had other plans.

I shot and edited this video a while back, with the help of my good buds Jeremy Hyler and Mark Steinberg. Its for the dotmatrix project, a Greensboro based operation about the love of music and the things that surround it. We also produced 2 other videos that night, Randy Furches and Kristen Leigh. I chose to embed Morgan cause I really dig her style. Previously she had been doing things as a solo gig, but I really dig her 3 piece outfit here.

Every year I hold on to a few clips from each trip and mix them all up for a year end montage for Vital BMX, AKA “The Mangler Montage”.

This is kind of my first unofficial launch of King & Queen Films. I shot this wedding back in October just before I had knee surgery, 3 days before akshully. Spent a good amount of time cutting on this to tell the story of their day. Drew and I have been good buds for a while. He was an OG Pimpske member and managed the now defunct Stateline Skatepark. Him and his bride reside in Asheville, N.C. where they ride bikes and all kinds of other fun stuff. I started King & Queen to have somewhat of a name to work under. I shoot a lot of weddings for other people, but occasionally I will shoot and produce one on my own. And when that happens, its a King & Queen Film. Website and all that fun stuff will be launching soon, keep an eye our for it. But until then, hit up the vimeo page, http://vimeo.com/kingandqueenfilm kthx.

This is the first wedding video I’ve edited in a loooong time. I shot this the weekend before I had knee surgery so the down time has given me the ability to nurse on this puppy a little bit. Majority of the footage is from my Canon 7D with Nikon glass, 17-25 2.8 and 70-200 2.8. Video footage in the ceremony is from my Panasonic HMC-150 and Canon XH-A1. Now to finish up the DVD for this project to make a happy bride and groom!
